PUMPING SYSTEM using WONDERWARE and ALLEN BRADLY
Implemented network distributed control for water production system incorporating 12 production wells, pH adjustment,
two control centers, two activated carbon filters, four booster pumps, and two storage tanks.
SCADA computer system provides complete control of nine Allen Bradley PLC control locations utilizing Allen Bradley
remote I/O network and dedicated inter-facility fiber optic network. Remote dial-in control and modification capabilities
are provided to enhance system reliability and reduce travel costs associated with future modifications.
CENTRIFUGE CONTROL using CITECT and STEEPLECHASE
Advanced
control system bypasses the traditional use of PLC's and utilizes the SCADA computer to perform the actual control functions.
Innovative dual operating system technology ensures reliable control operations while eliminating the expense of a PLC. SCADA
screens can be viewed from any computer on the facility network.

WATER COMPANY SCADA using WONDERWARE, MDS and CONTROL MICROSYSTEMS
Systemwide upgrade encompassing six RTU sites, five wells, three booster
pump stations, and three elevated storage tanks. Radio telemetry utilizing MODBUS provides control of all system setpoints,
alarms, pumps and valves. System performance continuously logged and available for display on trend screens. Three operator's
homes are equipped with remote access capabilities to allow monitoring and control. Daily and Monthly reports are automatically
generated.
TEST LABORATORY HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT
SYSTEM using RSVIEW
Critical operation dictated
a need to inform operators of exactly what alarm exists during periods when the site is not staffed. Solution consists
of RSMessenger software coupled with a voice synthesis card, when an alarm occurs, the computer automatically calls person
on duty and tells them what is wrong. Control is performed with an Allen Bradley SLC-505 Ethernet processor.
